N3 – ELDERFLOWER IPA (alc. 3% vol). SMAAK/AROMA: De N3 is een lichtblond bier met een troebel uitzicht, een stevige schuimkraag en aroma’s van hop, bloemen en tropisch fruit. Een behoorlijke bitterheid raakt onmiddellijk je smaakpapillen in combinatie met fruitige (passievrucht) & licht florale smaken en een subtiele zoetheid. De afdronk is bitter met een licht zoetje op de achtergrond. Een hoppig feestje in de mond geserveerd door de brouwer, speciaal voor de lente & zomerdagen. Best geserveerd op 4-6°C.
WIST-JE-DAT?: N3 was initieel bedoeld als een fietsvriendelijk licht biertje met veel smaak, waarvan je er een paar kan drinken. De “N” komt van Noarkerke (Nieuwerkerken) en ook van de alc. 3% vol, in navolging van hun hoppige tripel N8. Er zit behoorlijk wat vlierbloesem in de N3 en in combinatie met de 3 hopsoorten in de dry-hopping krijg je een verfrissend, fruitig & complex bier met veel smaak voor zo’n laag alcoholgehalte.
N3 – ELDERFLOWER IPA (alc. 3% vol). TASTE/AROMA: The N3 is a light blond beer with a cloudy appearance, a firm head and aromas of hops, flowers and tropical fruit. A decent bitterness immediately hits your taste buds in combination with fruity (passion fruit) & slightly floral flavours and a subtle sweetness. The aftertaste is bitter with a slight sweetness in the background. A hoppy party in the mouth served by the brewe, specially for the spring & summer days. Best served at 4-6°C.
DID-YOU-KNOW?: N3 was initially intended as a cycling friendly light beer with a lot of flavour, of which you can drink a few. The “N” comes from Noarkerke (Nieuwerkerken) and also from the alc. 3% vol, following their hoppy tripel N8. There is quite a bit of elderflower in the N3 and in combination with the 3 hops in the dry-hopping you get a refreshing, fruity & complex beer with a lot of flavour for such a low alcohol content.
